Equipping Young People to Lead

We offer a wide variety of proven solutions for Youth Development that are designed to teach Youth and Teens the critical life skills necessary to navigate life with confidence, courage, & character. 

The following is a sampling of our leadership for Youth and Teens training solutions that can be delivered as Lunch and Learns, Mastermind Classes, Workshops or Virtual Webinars. What Youth & Young Adults Will Experience

  • Youth Impact Exploratory Report: This preliminary DISC profile assessment provides a high-level assessment of their dominant style, key strengths, areas for personal growth and examples of career paths that utilize their strengths. 
  • Leadership Game for Teens: This interactive game is designed to help teens better understand leadership principles and values in a fun and engaging setting. 
  • YouthMax Plus with Nick Vujicic: Consists of 5 sessions including life lessons, activities, & videos on a positive self-image, showing compassion for others, persevering during adversity, and creating a routine of successful behaviors.
  • Leading from the Lockers: This course will help youth understand how they can be leaders now. This will challenge them to develop the habits, practices, and mindset of a transformational leader. 
  • Sometimes You Win, Sometime You Learn: Provides a healthy perspective of failure & empowers them to learn from their experience. 
  • 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader: Teaches teens how to build character traits, learn to take responsibility for themselves & their actions, express themselves, and handle problems & decisions when they arise. 
  • Intentional Living: Teaches teens how to intentionally use their influence every day to bring positive change in the lives of others and achieve significance. An intentional life has thought and purpose to it. 
  • 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth Youth Version– To reach your potential you must grow. And to grow, you must be highly intentional about it. These 15 Laws are your guide to understanding personal growth and becoming a more effective and fulfilled individual. If you have the desire to grow and become better than you are today, this is for you. 
  • Everyone Communicates, Few Connect Youth Version – Inside Everyone Communicates, Few Connect are five principles and five practices to connect one-on-one, in a group, or with an audience. You will see all your relationships, from your boss to your kids, from your teammates to your neighbors, take a quantum leap.

Pre-Employment Transition Services:

As a Community Rehabilitation Provider, The Clark Group, LLC provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to students with disabilities, including potentially eligible students.  There are five required Pre-Employment Transition Services as described under WIOA:

  • Job exploration counseling
  • Work-based learning experiences
  • Postsecondary counseling
  • Workplace readiness
  • Self-advocacy

Who is eligible for Pre-ETS?

A Student with a disability is an individual with a disability in a secondary, postsecondary, or other recognized education program who:

  • is not younger than the earliest age for the provision of transition services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act unless the state elects a lower minimum age for receipt of pre-employment services and is not younger than that minimum age (i.e., age 14); and
  • is not older than 21; unless the individual state law provides for a higher maximum age for receipt of services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and is not older than that maximum age (i.e., age 22); and
  • is eligible for, and receiving, special education or related services under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act or is an individual with a disability, for purposes of section 504.

The WAVE Youth Leadership Program is an evidence-based program designed to provide educational strategies that close the achievement gaps and enable students to meet the State’s challenging academic standards. The WAVE Youth Leadership Program will improve the educational opportunities of low-income and disadvantaged students.
