Executive Coaching

Sherpa Executive Coaching Process

Executive coaching is a structured engagement between a business leader and a trained facilitator designed to improve leadership effectiveness, communication, and behavioral impact within a defined timeframe.



The Clark Group utilizes the Sherpa Executive Coaching process, as outlined in The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching, a university-level text developed by the Sherpa coaching organization.

  • One-on-one executive coaching sessions (typically bi-weekly)
  • Confidential review of the executive’s DiSC® assessment
  • Initial alignment meeting with the executive and supervisor
  • Final wrap-up and progress review meeting

Six-Phase Sherpa Coaching Process:

  2. Examine the work environment
  3. Define success
  4. Create a leadership roadmap
  5. Learn new skills and behaviors
