Youth Development & Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
In addition to corporate and individual services, The Clark Group, LLC serves as an approved Community Rehabilitation Provider (CRP) delivering Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) for youth with disabilities.
Youth services are delivered in partnership with:
- The State of Tennessee
- Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)
- Hamilton County Schools
Pre-ETS services support students as they prepare for life after high school through job exploration, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and postsecondary preparation. Instruction is student-centered, strengths-based, and aligned with state and federal guidelines.

Ella L. Clark is a leadership and executive coach, trainer, keynote speaker, author, and community advocate whose work reflects decades of service and commitment to people.
She is honored as a 2026 Homage Award Honoree and serves as a Board Member with ArtsBuild, reflecting her dedication to leadership, culture, and community impact.
